For sellers, she specializes in waterfront, retirement, and second homes, expertly marketing her listings and navigating the many contractual nuances with ease. For buyers, her intimate knowledge of Englewood, North Port, Rotonda West, Venice, and Port Charlotte is put to great use – acclimating her customers to the lifestyle of their dreams with vast insight on the local amenities and flavor of each community. Originally from West Texas, Misty loves living along Florida’s southern Gulf where she spends most of her time boating on the water, watching wildlife, fishing, gardening, walking, and exploring Florida. She has been married to her husband, George, for 25 years and they have three adult children — two sons and a daughter — and two grandsons.
