These Terms of Use protect the legal interests of Michael Saunders & Company, our users and our third party partners. This Campaign is owned and operated by Michael Saunders & Company and our respective employees, agents, affiliates and contractors (collectively, "MSC"). These Terms of Use apply to how MSC may use your photos. You understand that by uploading your personal photos you are giving authorization for use of the photo(s) by MSC for purposes of the SaundersSights campaign, as well as use on MichaelSaunders.com or any website owned and operated by MSC. Use of the all photos are at the sole discretion of MSC and use is not guaranteed. All photos are offered by user at no cost to MSC and no compensation of any kind will be offered and/or provided. It is assumed that you obtained the photo in a lawful manner and followed photographing restrictions set forth by venue in which you or your party were located in at time of picture. There is no guarantee of use of photo by MSC and all photos will be used at the discretion of MSC for purposes of the SaundersSights campaign. Photos will not be doctored, manipulated or changed by MSC. Cropping and sizing of photos may occur by MSC. The Campaign is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13.
