BuilderFest will be similar to ArchiFest, held in May 2016.

In collaboration with the Sarasota Herald Tribune on February 11th, we are proud to be the presenting sponsor of BuilderFest, bringing together some of the region's most prominent home builders in a public forum. Homeowners and would be homeowners are invited to join us for a day filled with interesting panel discussions about building, remodeling and the design process. Experts will be discussing everything from the latest trends in green building to the state of the real estate market. Real estate editor Harold Bubil is hosting and will be joined by co-host, Kathryn Parks of Michael Saunders & Company. Michael Saunders, Founder and CEO of Michael Saunders & Company, will be taking part in the "Economic Outlook" panel at 12:45pm. Main Street will be closed for an art fair. When 10 am to 3 pm on Feb. 11. Admission is free. What The schedule (panelists subject to change): 10:05-10:40 – “Deciding to Build.” How to choose a builder, get financing and complete the process.
