I didn't know Michelle Silva very well before asking her to show me a property, but I liked her knowledge of Sarasota and her friendly personality so I took a chance and am so glad I did! I can't imagine how I could have had a better experience with a realtor. She was helpful in every way necessary to negotiate and purchase a home, working to get the deal done quickly and easily and providing all the local folks necessary (inspector, real estate attorney,and title company, etc.). Michelle is a smart and caring professional who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Sarasota realtor.

Alex’s manner at first meeting created fertile ground for us to develop a warm working relationship that helped me stay at ease through the entire process. Michelle was great from day one!! She found us the perfect house in two days since we were coming from Arizona we had very little time to find a house, but she understood our needs right away, she looked hard for a place and found it!! For more than a year, Alex searched for homes that met our interests and budget, made appointments and then escorted us to view them. He sent us listings throughout that time. When we had questions about anything, from the elevation to the possibility of building a garage or installing an elevator, he researched and provided the information.
