Over the course of more than a year in what was a very challenging market, she remained consistently engaged, proactive, and professional. She hosted open houses regularly and never let the market conditions dampen her enthusiasm or energy. Maryann Casey handled our sale from beginning to end. It was, to say the least, not an easy, or straight forward transaction. We encountered many issues, many seemingly arising at the 11th hour. I think an inexperienced or less professional agent may have given up a couple of times. But Maryann persevered, kept the deal moving and kept us informed throughout. She had to spend more than a little time “ talking me off the ledge”. Bottom line, Maryann was a true professional from beginning to end. We chose Michael Saunders for the “marketing muscle” the company has in our area. We chose Maryann because of her experience on Manasota Key. Now that the deal is closed, we can say we are very happy with both decisions.

Six and a half years ago, we were looking for a house in Sarasota. We were referred to Barbara May from a buyer that worked for a prestigious furniture and design firm in the area. From the first moment that we met Barbara; a few things were obvious. She listened well and she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Sarasota. She was honest, straightforward and hardworking. Barbara always greeted us with a smile and she had a great sense of humor. We have been in management and sales for most of our lives and we know for sure that people buy from people they like. We can say without hesitation that we love doing business with Barbara. Soon after we started looking for a house in December of 2019, we settled on a place in Prestancia in South Sarasota. Yes, we moved to Sarasota just in time for Covid! Earlier this year, we decided to downsize and travel more. We closed on our new home on the same day as we closed on our previous residence. Barbara handled both transactions professionally and smoothly, even when there were some "slightly" unreasonable requests. The communication, follow up, consultation and guidance before, during and even after the closing was extremely helpful. We were hoping that we were getting a seasoned and knowledgeable professional to help us on our search and Tina did not disappoint! Things came together much quicker than we had ever imagined, going from the discussion phase of thinking about buying a home to closing on one all within about 10 weeks. The timing, the location, the seller and most importantly, the house and its amenities, just all came together and aligned in such a way that we feel very fortunate and quite happy with the end result. And, of course, Tina steered the ship the whole way and helped to educate us on a lot of things associated with owning and living in Florida. We are looking forward to returning to Lakewood Ranch after spending time enjoying the end of summer and the fall season here in Wisconsin.

Margie was a delight to work with and certainly knew her craft. She was always upbeat, perking me up when I was discouraged as we awaited a buyer. She worked well with the condo association to file the proper papers, She helped me move items around before the initial photo op day and was always polite and professional. She explained the market trend we were dealing with and the whole selling process fully. Margie helped with an early closing and surprised me with a lovely card and gift at that time. We shared many life stories also. I have already recommended her and the agency to others.

When we started looking at houses, I began to worry about the stress I would endure during the process, but with Alison by our side every step of the way, that was simply not the case.
