A real estate agent from another company contacted us to advise that the lot behind our home was finally up for sale. We have been trying to purchase this lot for years. It was owned by a foreign business that would never respond to any of our correspondence. Of course we contacted Judy Canaro right away, to help us with this purchase. We can't speak highly enough about this amazing woman. She was in contact with us every day. (even on Sundays) We have never purchased a lot before, and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we understood each step. She even pointed us in the right direction for things that had nothing to do with the purchase. Judy helped us with our first home purchase here in Florida and we will continue, without a doubt, to contact Judy with any future purchases we may have.

Bernadette is not only a dear friend, but she has helped us with a couple of real estate transactions before the sale of [our condo], e.g., she had quickly and efficiently sold our Palm Aire condo in 2019, helped us purchase another condo in 2020, and recently helped us sell it after just a few days of going live on the listings. So we are very much aware (and in awe) of her expertise and the excellent care she shows and gives her clients. Bernadette is the gold standard of professionalism and real estate savvy. She also goes the extra mile to steer her clients on a stress-free process. For example, we were abroad in the Middle East and the Philippines during the negotiations, and while she was sensitive to the time zone differences, still kept the negotiations on track and in a short time secured a signed contract. She has quite a comprehensive trove of contacts to provide solutions to questions both directly and not necessarily directly related to the sale. She was very hands-on with the perfect staging of our condo, and subsequently, when her busy schedule allowed, helped clear its contents, which was beyond the call of duty - but that is Bernadette. And, she always had, and has, such a cheerful disposition that certainly gave us peace of mind. In a vast field of Real Estate agents, Bernadette to us is the creme de la creme. We will always turn to her in any future real estate undertakings.

We met Brian in December 2025 while looking for condos in Siesta Key following a friend's recommendation. Brian was exceptionally knowledgeable about local properties and specific financing requirements. He made the home-buying process seamless through his quick responsiveness and diligence in finding answers. We were able to complete the entire process, including closing, from out of state. Brian even took the time to conduct a thorough walkthrough via FaceTime before closing, which ensured we felt comfortable and excited about the purchase. Amy Gonzalez, a realtor in the Englewood area. About five years ago I was looking to purchase some property in Florida my husband at the time went down and purchased a piece of land through a dare I say makeshift realtor that's making a quick sale on someone from the north. Ha! I was convinced to find a good realtor for any future purchases we may be making. I found Amy in that time period; she had actually sent me seeds for wildflowers to attract butterflies in my yard in Buffalo NY. unfortunately, it never stops snowing here so they did not make it. The plans for my future had somewhat changed the original lot we purchased was in the Englewood area we were going to have a home built prior to COVID, due to increased building costs that dream was put on hold. We decided on a small condo in Englewood, 600 square feet of bliss. Little did I know that after 35 years of marriage and after retiring from my 25-year career at a local bank and purchasing a retirement home in Florida and just basically having everything aligned up correctly, my husband stepped out of our marriage, my world as I knew it was over. After 35 years I'm left with my home in Buffalo NY where I have lived for 30 years, my beautiful daughter, who is a pediatric Hospice RN and my spitfire granddaughter, who is four and runs the show. I am a breast cancer survivor and after 18 years of remission unfortunately my cancer has returned and is stage 4 metastasized to my bones. You may wonder why I'm telling you this long story, I'm trying to explain to you my character, my values and how they coincide with Amy's. Amy never hesitated once to help me she listed the property, recently sold the property and even though it's a minimal amount it is still an amount that will allow my daughter my granddaughter and myself (3 generations of strong Irish women) to come to Manasota Key to enjoy ourselves. Amy was determined to get this sold for us, and she did not disappoint. I know that nowadays people are very quick to comment when things don't go right in a business and turn to social media to negatively impact the establishment. I've worked in customer service for my full career, and I have an extensive background in real estate and dealing with realtors, I understand the logic of quality customer service. I have wanted to write this letter to you since I first met Amy in person, at that time she explained to me the core values behind your company and what you personally stood for and the strength behind the business that you're holding. Amy goes above and beyond for her family, her customers, the community and of course her sales, and her heart is in it. She has compassion about what she is doing, professional yet very funny. In my opinion that is a huge asset for your company, and very unseen in today's professional world. Amy has checked on me, she has checked on my daughter she has prayed for us she has laughed with me, and I think she may have even cried with me. Amy has never missed a beat she is a true asset to your company, and I just thought that she needed a little recognition from the "BOSS" not that this can even begin to portray the immense appreciation that I have for her.

Quite simply, Melissa worked harder to sell this property than any realtor I have ever encountered. Over the course of more than a year in what was a very challenging market, she remained consistently engaged, proactive, and professional. She hosted open houses regularly and never let the market conditions dampen her enthusiasm or energy. Melissa understood not only the property itself—including the added value of the boat slip—but also the nuances, including legal considerations and building-related issues. She presented everything clearly and confidently to prospective buyers, making sure the full value of the property was always conveyed. This was not an easy listing. The market downturn, combined with ongoing common area challenges in the building, could have discouraged a lesser agent. Melissa stayed positive, focused, and solution-oriented throughout.
