I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Joanna Benante. She helped us find our dream home which was a two year process, followed by the sale of our existing home we had previously lived in for 22 years. During this whole process Joanna demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and determination. We were not always the best stewards of our existing home. We purchased a beachfront condo in Siesta Key without visiting Florida at all. We told Sophia what we were looking for and within a few weeks she found the perfect unit for us. Her communication between the seller, us and the financial institution, insurance company and HOA was fluid. She kept the process moving forward and everyone was happy at the end. Just wanted to pass along a note about how pleased I was with the work of Nancy Moore to sell my condo in Sarasota this spring. Nancy jumped into the work of selling this condo with great energy, enthusiasm and very sound advice. She was very patient and encouraging even when she had to say things she knew I didn't want to hear. Although the condo market in Sarasota--particularly in the Meadows-- was/is very challenging for a variety of reasons, Nancy maintained her good council and positive attitude throughout the process and even came up with several non-traditional ideas for enhancing the appeal of the listing and of the actual property. Also, in the closing process, Nancy really did a great job with a difficult buyer who had a myriad of last minute issues. I will highly recommend Nancy to other friends and acquaintances.

We wanted to share how wonderful it was to work with Realtors Diane Fogo-Harter and Kathy Barrie on the purchase of our new home in Bradenton. We spent several years planning our move from Illinois. During our house-hunting trips, Kathy and Diane showed us various neighborhoods around Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Sarasota to help us make an informed decision. When our Illinois home sold in just three days, they quickly helped us prepare for our buying trip in early May. By the time we arrived, they had already researched properties, helped me secure home insurance quotes, helped me to arrange a roofer for inspections and handled numerous other details. Diane accompanied us during the May trip, patiently showing us each property. Once we made our decision, she did everything possible to move the process forward, negotiating with a difficult seller and managing every detail seamlessly. Despite the challenge of us being out of town in a different time zone, she ensured everything progressed smoothly and even completed a virtual final walk-through with Kathy via FaceTime prior to closing. We cannot say enough about how terrific it was to work with Diane and Kathy. They are more than Realtors to us—they have become friends. In addition, working with the Michael Saunders in-house MSC Mortgage and MSC Title teams made the process seamless. Matt Lambert, Kimberly Shank, and Kimberly Maiello were incredibly attentive and great to work with throughout the purchase.

Our Real Estate Agent was Mrs. Dena Moon [for the sale of our house], and she couldn’t have been more helpful or professional in attending to our needs for the sale of the house. She kept in constant touch with us for any problems or updates and submitted paperwork to us for signing on a timely basis. She answered any questions we had concerning the sale, staging of the property or any other relevant items that arose. She is a very pleasant person and gets along well with other brokers, the sellers and the buyers.
