Brooke and Andy made a bad situation bearable...especially Brooke with her optimism and diligence. The bad situation was due to the lender and underwriter but Brooke and Andy were able to get my closing rescheduled over and over until the lender finally got their act together and closed. I thought about giving up a few times on this purchase but thanks to this team, we stuck with it and I finally own my little piece of heaven in Florida. Thanks guys for hanging in there through this crazy trip.

I can’t say enough good things about Joanna! My husband Omar and I just purchased our first home and we love it. Joanna is the best realtor because she is patient and trustworthy. She never pushes you to buy something, she actually will counsel you against buying rashly! I think a lot of realtors would be eager to sell you any house you show interest in but Joanna is calm and helps you think things through. We looked at several house and when this house in Bent Tree came on the market Joanna helped us act quickly as she knew it was exactly what we wanted. She made the process easy to understand and was helpful the entire way through. Even after we moved in she is quick to answer any questions! Joanna went above and beyond for us!

Jim Litton has gone beyond for the help in selling our home. We started out in September 2025 with doubts about selling, letting go. He has shown much patience and guidance throughout the process. With the health crisis with Ken, we had to adapt to lowering our prices. It worked out for both buyers and sellers. I would definitely recommend him to be the agent for someone buying or selling.
