We engaged Jackie to start sending us properties in Southwest Florida around the Venice area a couple of years ago, and got serious in our search just recently. We came down for a visit, and Jackie had an entire week of activities planned for us -- dependent on our feedback -- designed to understand exactly what would suit us. Her research, organization knowledge was outstanding. Midweek, she showed us a property that had not even posted pictures on MLS based on our feedback...and we were lucky enough to be the first to see the property. There aren't enough stars for Yvonne and her team. Her knowledge of market conditions and statistics is first rate. If I could give 10 stars, I would! With both me and my brother in far-away states, Bernadette went above and beyond what we expected a Realtor to do to help sell our aunt's house in Florida. She was able to wrangle maintenance workers, cleaners, furniture donations, acquiring appliances, staging... SO much help. We both appreciate her and her awesomeness. If you need a Realtor in the University Park/Bradenton area, I can't recommend Bernadette highly enough.
