I was very pleased with Margie Valentine as my listing realtor. She was always willing to go the extra mile in keeping me updated and answering all my questions. My house sold quickly in a tough market due to her dilligence. She was very pleasant to work with, and certainly went the extra mile when she helped me clean and pack my car on the “walk through” day. I would certainly use her again.

I highly recommend Jo-Anne Sckowska as a listing agent. She went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. My house sold quickly in a tough market mainly due to her expertise. She kept me appraised of what was happening. The closing company also excelled in communicating with me. I would not hesitate to use her again.

Brooke and Andy are top Realtors. When I met Brook she showed knowledge, care and was listening to key details of what we wanted to do and our expectation. When we met Andy he also was very detail on his understanding of our needs and wants. Brook was always keeping us updated on what they were doing to promote and sell our home. Well they did, our house sold before anyone else in the subdivision, for the right prize. We like them so much that we had them find us a new home. They are not your regular Realtor, they look for ways to achieve the goal, they are a lost gem.

Lana recently helped my mother sell her home so she could move out of state with me after some big life changes. Lana was not only knowledgeable about the current state of the selling market and what was needed to sell the home, but had a kind and compassionate way about her that was needed and appreciated. She took care of everything for my mom, which was incredibly helpful since we headed up north before the house was officially on the market.
