Marie Monsky took us around to get to know more about the culture and amenities that Sarasota had to offer. Marie showed us at least a dozen properties that fell into the guidelines that we had given her. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Marie. She went above and beyond in helping us, even after the closing. She made the process of finding a home enjoyable and seamless. I am so happy to tell you of my experience with Tony Boothby for my recent purchase. Tony could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant to deal with. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. I found a house, put in an offer, but the seller then withdrew it from the market. Tony called me two days later to say another house had been listed in the same development. With his guidance, my offer was accepted. I cannot say enough about his service and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.

We are happy that we decided to work with Diana Fischer; she gave us her undivided attention searching for a home, but we were not ready at that time. This year after a really bad winter up north, we decided to search again and Diana agreed to once again give us her undivided attention. She did a fantastic job for us! We would like to say that Diana went above and beyond what we were expecting. After finding the right property, Diana stayed on top of all the details.
