My aunt bought a home from Terri Thacker several years ago, but when her health started to fail she decided to sell. The house sold, and was set to close, unfortunately my aunt passed away. Terri was wonderful, going out of her way to check on me, and providing me with contacts. Every roadblock possible happened; however the house finally closed almost four months to the day. I don't know what I would've done without Terri's help. She checked on the house for me and would meet with various people at the house. Terri is just a wonderful and caring person.

I would like to say a few words about the outstanding staff in your Englewood office. We walked in off the street to inquire about buying a house. We were greeted by Harvey Long with a wonderful, cheerful welcome. It wasn't long before he collected 6 houses for us to look at that day. He was very persistent on finding us what we wanted; within two weeks he found us the house we ended up buying. Harvey is a knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful and friendly person. He is a great realtor. I would recommend him to anyone in the market of buying a house.

While vacationing we decided to investigate homes and communities in the Venice/Sarasota area. Based on a referral from our cousin we met with Daisy Blair. She showed a willingness to spend extensive time showing us various homes, communities, shopping, banking and health services in different areas. Unintentionally we found a home that we knew we wanted to purchase. Daisy was just great; she was very professional and guided us through the home buying process. We will not hesitate to refer family and friends.
