I worked with Dianne Corcoran; she was great to work with. She helped me learn about the land that I needed to sell as trustee of my aunt's estate. Dianne was very thorough in her research to obtain a fair market analysis, and made suggestions when it was time to adjust our asking price. The selling process went smoothly. I am thankful that I was able to work with Dianne in a market that was unfamiliar to me. If I was ever in a situation to buy property in the area, I would reach out to Dianne.

We received impeccable service while selling and showing our home with Peter Salefsky & Sue Brown. Through this whole ordeal they were both wonderful and kind-hearted; they sold our home quickly and even took the initiative to help us prepare our home to be sold. I am disabled so finding the right place for my husband and I, is no easy task. We are so grateful for all their help. My two clients were considering buying a home in Sarasota. I contacted Lisa Shope in the rental division to provide them with some leasing scenarios. I gave Lisa the two homes that the buyers were considering. Based on her conclusions and expert analysis, the buyers were convinced that they could afford to buy a higher priced home. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Annette Bentley. She has been assisting my mother with the sale of her condo. The entire experience was absolutely too good to be true. Annette Bentley is truly the most honest and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. She spoke to me in a way that was filled with the passion of putting Sarasota people in the right home. Annette was always on top of things, and all deadlines were met. Every contingency that was required by the lender was met, due to Annette’s dedication and diligence. I have nothing but the highest respect for Annette, she is a true professional.
