Sylvia is everything a buyer wants in a Realtor. A great communicator with all parties involved in our transaction, she has been supremely thorough in tending to the details of our home purchase. During our home search, she made certain that we not only saw the homes we picked out as prospects, but others we missed when looking through listings. Her knowledge of area neighborhoods was critical when it came down to picking the home that met our needs. I was fortunate to have Debra Gurin as my Real Estate Broker for the Condo I purchased. Pam worked tirelessly on my behalf to get my condo sold. In today's market, and especially with a one bedroom unit which are not as in-demand, that is no small task. Working with Bill Eckler was a real pleasure. He made the process of buying a home in Florida easy. He had great local knowledge of all the areas of interest to us around Venice, Florida. Bill has great communication skills and was excellent at helping us negotiate the best price. He gave us valuable advice and supported us through the whole process. Since we traveled between Venice & Clearwater Beach, Bill made excellent use of our time to help us find our home. Later, we returned from upstate New York for the final walk through & closing and again Bill helped us use our time efficiently. Bill's interest after the sale is important in that we don't feel abandoned just because the deal is finished. Bill continues to see if he can be of any help in any way. I decided on a Condo with no outside maintenance in my price range and I found several and when I called about one, it was Reatha I talked to. We began our search for a home in Florida during one of the worst winters in Maryland. While looking at homes online, we came across a listing for a house and contacted Leigh. We had no real expectations about her, and were, in fact, thinking about working with another agent. Once we met Leigh, we knew within 20 minutes that she was the right agent for us. She was personable, highly responsive and down to earth. Leigh helped us find the right neighborhood in Lakewood Ranch, pointed out things that we had not considered, and assisted us throughout the entire home buying process. She was a good listener and was also very thoughtful and patient. Working with Leigh was a pleasure, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Most of my career was as a commercial lender, SVP and I also received my real estate broker’s license. Banking is selling your bank and yourself! Diana that first day SOLD herself and her employer. Diana was showing the house across the street from the one we are selling. I noticed right away her outfit, and professionalism. When she finished taking pictures of the house; she walked over and gave us her card. We were all impressed with her. I gave her my card and told her to keep in touch; she did and she sold the house across the street. She is an asset to your company!
