It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer in our search for a home in North Port, FL. She was always punctual in our meetings and gave nearly instantaneous responses to our emails. Since we were out-of-town buyers, she assisted in arranging and attending TWO inspections and obtaining repair estimates on TWO different homes for us. Her follow-through was impeccable. We never needed to nudge or remind her to do things. (I wish that were true of all realtors that we have worked with.) Jennifer quickly perceived what we were looking for and took us to a property nearly perfect for our needs. When we looked at properties, she sometimes shared her observations and I appreciated that, as opposed to a realtor who is totally neutral in their approach. We felt Jennifer went above and beyond what many realtors do--for example getting the repair estimates for issues found during the inspection. Even though we purchased a house that she also had listed, we believe that she dealt with us fairly and honestly. We are pleased to recommend Jennifer without reservation!

We used Barb Gahry for both a buy and sell transaction and discovered she personifies what you want from a realtor; detailed research skills, realistic feedback, a keen sense of staging and marketplace issues, and--most of all-- hard work! She handled a number of weekend open houses without complaint. She was available at a moment's notice. She chased down information from many sources. We'd use her again without question.

Our experience with Karen Brown exceeded a "5 star - Excellent" rating. In April of this year, Karen was recommended to us by a realtor from Englewood. That recommendation was fully justified. Karen's efforts, insights, work ethic, professionalism, and hospitality have been superb. Among the many things Karen did for us was to catch an error made by the insurance company which miscalculated a Flood Insurance Quote. We paid the miscalculated premium to fulfill a requirement of closing. However, Karen's insight and attention to detail permitted us to obtain (prior to the closing) the requisite Flood Insurance with an 83% reduction from the original, miscalculated premium. That was a savings to us of over $3,400. Thank you, Karen! We are now in the process of recovering the original premium we paid. Also, Karen permitted us to have the electronics for a new home security system mailed directly to her office with Michael Saunders & Co., thereby saving us the necessity of traveling with those electronic components. Further, we sent Karen a list of the features in a home which we preferred, and a list of features which we did not prefer. Karen directed us to homes which met the criteria we preferred, thereby economizing our time. Due in no part to Karen, we had a difficult time getting to a closing. Throughout that sequence of events, Karen was informative and supportive. Our closing was June 5. We are now in the process of hiring service personnel whom Karen has recommended to us. We have no reservations whatsoever about referring Karen Brown and Michael Saunders & Co. to any of our friends who may wish to purchase real estate in SW Florida.
