I met Jan in March 2014; I flew down from Toronto, Ontario, primarily for the purpose of looking at real estate in th Bradenton area. Jan has been extremely helpful, very friendly and professional. She would book appointments, sometimes on a fairly short notice and would take us around to see the various properties. She is very knowledgeable and even if she might not have had an immediate answer to my questions about a particular property or just about buying real estate in Florida, she certainly would look into it and would get back to me promptly with answers. Even on a personal notice, she has been very patient and personable with my younger children, whom at times were getting quite silly and a hand full. I highly recommend Jan to any potential future clients.

Sue was very helpful in finding me the right home many years ago. She was patient and listened to my requests while offering professional guidance which helped with my ultimate choice. I am still happy where I am and would reach out to Sue to list my house, if the day comes that I choose to move. I would recommend Sue to anyone.

Christine was an energetic, aggressive, relentless but gentle agent who MADE the sale happen. She was at all times available, approachable and patient with this seller. She helped with staging. What a jewel for Saunders to have on staff!

We were making a very long distance move and were not sure if we wanted to buy or build in Lakewood Ranch. After much research, we concluded that based on the recommendations of others regarding Deborah O'Mara, combined with her extensive background in selling hundreds of new homes in the area where we wanted to live, that she would be the best person to work with. After initially working with Deb, we realized that we found exactly the right person. Although Deb is consistently the top realtor for Michael Saunders, she always had the time and knowledge to answer all of our questions with a very timely 100% follow thru. We could tell that Deb really cares and looks out for her clients, and has been helpful in so many ways. She was tireless in showing us many neighborhoods and individual homes on the market in a very organized fashion. Deb ended up helping to find our dream area to build our new home and was instrumental in guiding our desires to a blueprint as well assisting us in finding the right builder. She far exceeded our expectations, and we really like her as a person.

Dependable, responsible and competent are just a few adjectives I would use to describe Kelly! Kelly is a great Realtor and made sure I found the home that was right for me. She was always ready and willing to show me different properties and was very accessible when it came to working with my busy schedule. As a first time home buyer I had many question for which Kelly was always ready with answers. She went above and beyond her duties as a Realtor to make sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I cant thank Kelly enough for her professional and caring services!
