We would rate Karen very high according to our buying experience here at Waterlefe. In that buying experience Karen represented us – and did this well during the three year search in the Sarasota / Bradenton area. Waterlefe was not a compulsive buy for us and Karen knew well what our preferences were and made it her business to show us alternatives leading to our final decision here at Waterlefe. We are absolutely delighted by the manner in which Jeanne Ballock handled the recent sale of our condo in Venice. Jeanne is a real professional; she did everything just right. We think she may have set a record for the fastest sale and closing, as we signed the listing agreement on January 16th and closed without a hitch on February 7th. We must say that Bill Eckler was extremely professional and at the same time very cordial and friendly. We received exceptional service from Karen which went far beyond what we had hoped. Karen handled our request with grace and respect. There was never any high pressure tactics used or trying to talk us into changing our minds. She treated us as if we were multi-million dollar customers. We have given her name to several of our family and friends who have shown an interest in buying a home.
