We are writing to praise Anna Kaminski. We were thinking about selling our condo and buying a house. We found a house that we really liked, the seller's agent called and asked Anna if we would be willing to show our condo. Anna came to conduct the showing, when we returned Anna met us with a big smile. We said "are we getting an offer" and her response was "no, you are getting two offers". While waiting for the agent and clients she ran into another broker showing in our building. She said you need to look as this condo too. We completed the sale and bought our house. Anna's professionalism and proactive networking made the sale and purchase for us painless.

Mike Nink is a superb agent! He was always so gracious with any concerns I had, he dealt with things quickly and efficiently. When there were glitches, he always said "no worries, I'll take care of it" and he certainly did. The property we ended up buying was in a neighborhood that holds its value; we had no idea how to bargain on this property but he was right there advising us every step of the way. We have already recommended him to some of our friends. Mike makes going the extra mile a way of life.
