When we arrived in Florida, we had never met Ms. Mladineo. We had only communicated via email. We randomly selected her name from a list of Michael Saunders agents. Over several months, she kept in contact with regular communication. Once we arrived she immediately contacted us and has been wonderful with her efforts to meet our difficult requirements. When my family and I decided that the time had come, after many happy years, to sell our condominium at Beachplace, we didn't hesitate for a moment before calling Janis Collier and ask her to take over the project. Since she had sold us the property about 18 years ago, and our families had been friends over this period, we felt confident that she was exactly the right person to handle the sale. Since I lived in the Boston area, we conducted most of our vocal and written business on line or over the phone and online. She carefully explained what my less-than-rigorous responsibilities were and, with help from my lawyer son who lives nearby, managed to deliver the right information to her. She sent me a description of the potential buyer's response after each visit to the property. Some of the comments were amusing: one buyer was disappointed that there was no garage...guess it would have been useful in a snowstorm. Another preferred to look out over the Bay rather than the Gulf...information that could have been gained from a phote well in advance!!! During the course of the visits by potential buyers, it never occurred to me to ask her to reduce the price as suggested by some of my friends...as far as I was concerned, the Colliers were acting in my best interests, and didn't need my advice. Then came the sale week...Janis called to inform us that she had had an offer at less than our asking price. The family suggesterd we take it, just to get the sale over... Then, within couple of days, came a second offer at our asking price..After informing us of her plan, Janis proceeded to negotiate the sale by persuading the first potential buyer to offer the higher asking price offered by the second url removed the course of one day, the first potential buyer raised her offer to match the second buyer's amount, and the deal was done. It was a one day final sale, at the higher price..we were all tickled. The Collier family operates smoothly, skillfully, with good humor, and their efforts are successfully rewarded. I would buy or sell again, under their first-rate delivery , skill, and intelligence, should the need arise again. They are the best!!!

I currently live in New Hampshire and began my house search June of 2013. I stumbled upon Denise’s website and interviewed her. The task was daunting; how to find a home that is perfect for a single mother and with a very small budget. Denise was determined, professional and available. She was on the ball the entire process. After three visits and over 50 houses viewed, I finally closed in January. Thank goodness for a determined, focused and driven realtor. I will use her in the future and recommend her.

Sandra Maslen is the consumate professional, she is truly,a tremendous asset to your company. Michael Sunders is blessed, to have an individual on there team, with integriy, and a great sense of humanity, something missing in much of the business world today. She was always there for us to answer a question, solve a problem, especially since we were living out of the area. She was also instrumental in assisting us with a realtor out of town, who helped to expidite the sale of our other home. As soon as our family decided it was time to sell our Beachplace condo, we called Janis Collier.. After al, she had sold us the property almost 20 years ago, enabling us, family and friends to enjoy years of happy vacation times...She kept us apprised of all interested prospective buyers, while I had nothing to do but say yes or no and sign a few thousand documents.. When 2 prospective buyers showed up in one week, she negotiated a higher asking price from the buyer and the deal was done!!! Dealing with the Collier family was easy...no problems...and information from them was available at any time. I'm very grateful to have them as friends, as well as great real-estaters!!!!!

We felt the service provided by Jim Litton was great. He answered our questions and provided important information. He took the time to show us the various standard and upgrade choices for several items we asked about. We especially liked that there is one model with a lot of upgrades, and one with very few upgrades, so we could understand the basics and what was available as options. We appreciate his follow up e-mails. He also found a local Michael Saunders Realtor for us, who specializes in our area. Over all we were very pleased with the help and service Jim provided on our visit.

Cathy Meldahl is the most knowledgeable Realtor I have ever come across, and I have bought and sold numerous properties in the Longboat Key and Sarasota area.
