Rosemarie Conti did an outstanding job as my real estate agent. She provided me with updates on my closing. The short sale process had many problems. She gave me great advice and helped me maneuver through some difficult situations. She was more a friend to me and my wife Sandra then an agent. I commend Michael Saunders & Company for having friendly and experienced agents like her. I would recommend Rosemarie to anyone who is in the marketing for real estate because of the job she did for us.

My husband and I, who currently reside in Ohio, utilized Dan's services in the Bradenton-Sarasota area when we looked for a pre-retirement investment home in August, 2013. A co-worker who was building a home in Lakewood Ranch, referred us to Dan with extremely high ratings. After working with Dan through the search, decision, and closing process, we are in total agreement that Dan is ONE EXCEPTIONAL REALTOR! He worked with us closely throughout the entire process, and his overall level of communication was excellent. He showed us both existing homes and new builds, and quickly learned our preferences and dislikes. He pointed out both the advantages and potential disadvantages of every location and home we visited. He was extremely objective and professional at all times, but also very human and approachable. He listened, he gave his opinion, and then he ultimately let us draw our own conclusions and make our own decision. The closing process was also very smooth, which is important when managing the effort from a distance. We are happy to provide a "5 star" rating for Dan!
