Sadly, we never met Bruce and only met Joanne not quite a year ago. She helped us find our house in Florida where we now reside. We became more than clients and I hope will remain friends. We can only say that Bruce must have been a wonderful man because he chose to marry such a lovely lady and we are so very sorry he is not with you and your family any longer. I practiced real estate law in Illinois for 35 years and had contact with countless real estate agents. I also have invested in and owned many commercial real estate properties and worked with many brokers in those transactions. Since we were unfamiliar with the Keys, uncertain what we wanted and uninformed about the market, we needed good guidance; we got that in Sylvia’s hands. She knows the market and got to know us and our desires. She was professional, prompt, available and communicative. She addressed our needs, answered our questions and attended to every detail. Sylvia had to go “above and beyond” and actually did the job of the listing agent. Through it all her demeanor and efforts made it all come together. We received exceptional service and will recommend at the first opportunity.

We have been working with Denise since February 2013 after our visit to the North Port area. She has been our ears and eyes since we live, for now, in upstate New York. We have been working with Denise for about 4 months now. We knew nothing about Florida before moving down, but she has shown us many areas and recommended houses and locations we might like. We now have much more confidence in our knowledge of the neighborhoods. She responds immediately to questions we have. She has been willing to deal with us even though we are renting for a year. She does not exert undue pressure, even when we waffle.

Denise was a pleasure to work with during the entire purchasing process. Although we live over a thousand miles away in Ohio; were working with a limited budget and were unfamiliar with the Englewood area.
