I consider myself very fortunate that Hillary was on duty and available the day that I stopped into your offices looking for help in finding a seasonal home in Punta Gorda. She immediately stepped up to the plate to show me potential options that met my parameters (while simultaneously mentoring a trainee, after having asked my OK to do so). By the very next morning (I was on a tight time schedule, only visiting from up North for a few days) she had lined up a half dozen options for me to tour, and she took me through them all, offering good advice along the way. After I had gone back North, she did a FaceTime second walk-through with me so that I could look more closely at the option on which I was focusing, and she gave good advice throughout that process. Subsequently, she continued to give me good advice in negotiating with the seller, while keeping channels open and friendly. I was not knowledgeable about lots of the mechanics relating to making an offer and then all that goes into leading up to the closing, and she was right with me throughout that process. We closed with no issues, and she has given me lots of good advice relating to becoming a homeowner and dealing with all of the utilities, etc. And she is still helping me with a loose end with the seller. She is smart and very pleasant to deal with; she makes a fine impression for your firm.

Jackie G. Is the best! I’m a retired 50 year in Real Estate agent myself saying she is such a wonderful, kind and caring person. We also found Jackie through an “Open House” and immediately knew I found a great Realtor to work with. We got a great deal on a different house she found for us and she provided us with so many answers to questions we needed to buy in Florida. Do yourself a favor and forget the rest, Jackie G. Is the best!! She did a fabulous job and even gave us great closing gifts that weren’t necessary but so appreciated after the owners of the home switched out something they shouldn’t have taken to make me so happy and I hope we can become friends after our buying experience. She’s that type of person.

Susan is an amazing human being. She was brought on to handle the sale of my home in a divorce scenario. From the first moment, she showed nothing but compassion, combined with the highest professional presence. The process required a number of complicated, often time-consuming meetings.
