I was very pleased with Margie Valentine as my listing realtor. She was always willing to go the extra mile in keeping me updated and answering all my questions. My house sold quickly in a tough market due to her dilligence. She was very pleasant to work with, and certainly went the extra mile when she helped me clean and pack my car on the “walk through” day. I would certainly use her again.

I highly recommend Jo-Anne Sckowska as a listing agent. She went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. My house sold quickly in a tough market mainly due to her expertise. She kept me appraised of what was happening. The closing company also excelled in communicating with me. I would not hesitate to use her again.

Brooke and Andy are top Realtors. When I met Brook she showed knowledge, care and was listening to key details of what we wanted to do and our expectation. When we met Andy he also was very detail on his understanding of our needs and wants. Brook was always keeping us updated on what they were doing to promote and sell our home. Well they did, our house sold before anyone else in the subdivision, for the right prize. We like them so much that we had them find us a new home. They are not your regular Realtor, they look for ways to achieve the goal, they are a lost gem.

We engaged Jackie to start sending us properties in Southwest Florida around the Venice area a couple of years ago, and got serious in our search just recently. We came down for a visit, and Jackie had an entire week of activities planned for us -- dependent on our feedback -- designed to understand exactly what would suit us. Her research, organization knowledge was outstanding. Midweek, she showed us a property that had not even posted pictures on MLS based on our feedback...and we were lucky enough to be the first to see the property. It was amazing, and her astute real estate and relationship skills helped us land it before another buyer had a chance. We were thrilled. We cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. It's rare that you find a service oriented individual who is not only exceptional at what they do, but a lovely, caring person who is a joy to work with. There aren't enough stars for Yvonne and her team. Her knowledge of market conditions and statistics is first rate. She is responsive to your calls, texts and emails and never is dismissive of any questions or problems that may arise. Combine her experience and advice with an engaging personality and you have the best agent you could want.
