Hillary Niver
We first "met" Hillary with a phone interview from out of state. Her enthusiasm and desire to help us before we even arrived in Florida was a first "wow" for us. Hillary didn't wait for us to arrive to show her the property. She met a family friend, picked up the key and then offered to help with some known problems we were facing before we even signed with her! Things only got even better from there. She was absolutely a TOP NOTCH professional in all of her interactions with us and for us. We needed LOTS of services (roofing, A/C, septic, cleaning, handyman, etc.) and Hillary brought A+ providers every time. We could not have had a better experience. If we could give Hillary a TEN STAR rating, we would.
