Carol Thomas was recommended by a friend. At first I was skeptical because she worked out of Siesta Key and may not want to waste a lot of time with someone on a small budget and looking in the Venice area. Boy was I wrong! From our first contact she treated me as if I was her best friend and was going to get me a great home. She exceeded all my expectations and was always available with great advice. Kudos to her and everyone in Michael Saunders & Co. who helped me get through the nerve wracking home buying process.

I'd like to take a minute of your time to tell you how much my Husband and I think of Celeste Dymnicki a representative from one of your Sarasota locations. Celeste was persistent, knowledgeable, gracious and very determined. She made the whole buying process, with all the inspections and paper work, virtually painless. This was definitely a whirlwind house purchase and Celeste was diligent about warning us of pit falls and Florida law. She was really wonderful to work with.
