Joanna is fantastic! We contacted her out of the blue looking for a house. We were in town for 1 week and Joanna gave us most of her time to help us. (Only spent time away from us on her previous commitments.). We left Sarasota with a fantastic house in one week. She gave us great advice on bids and I am sure she saved us money. We are now in the process of bidding on another house and she is once again giving us her time and wonderful advice. Please know that we were 100% satisfied with our agent Arlene Mitchell. She is so professional and helpful with our move.
