We were very pleased with the effort that Bob Harsh provided us in the search for our home in Venice, Florida. We had a limited amount of time and he was very helpful in narrowing our search to only homes that met our requirements. In fact, we purchased the first home he showed us in a beautiful development. Bob did a great job of facilitating the process with ourselves and the sellers as both parties lived in other states. The closing was seamless and quick due his diligence.

We have long wanted to buy a house in Florida, I have worked with other realtors in other counties but have Bob Certainly made our buying experience wonderful. He went out of his way to locate this one in Englewood and was very helpful with my wife. He certainly did not think I was going to sign on the dotted line until the very end but he was the reason for it all. We have stayed friends since the sale, he is helping us find people to do some upgrades. My wife & I are very happy with Bob Harsch advise.

Bob is an excellent agent and we would not hesitate to contact him again. We both appreciated the fact that he did not pressure us but was available any time we had a question about the property we were considering.
