We had a very satisfying experience with Jody. She was very helpful picking out the right house for us in fact we ended up buying the one she picked for us. Jody is very knowledgeable of the area and showed us many different homes. She helped us with all aspects of our purchase. Finance, insurance, everything we needed. I have given her name to two different people who are potential buyers one of which is a family member. We hope to do business with Jody again in the future.

Linda did an incredible job when helping to sell my property. She advertised in multiple places, held open houses and even changed the property description periodically. She was very professional at all times. And she kept me well informed through all aspects of the closing.

I want to make you aware of how pleased I am with Nell's professional handling of the listing and quick sale of my condominium on Siesta Key. We listed it in late October 2012 and had a contract on January 2nd 2013. The property is unique and required the correct pricing and marketing expertise. The sale price was very close to the asking. Nell counseled me correctly through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a top notch realtor.
