It was not a difficult decision choosing Bibi-Ann Allard and Michael Saunders. It was smooth sailing all the way; we got an excellent price, we were fully informed, and felt that Bibi-Ann was always fighting our corner. This is especially important when you are 1000's of miles away. To be very honest we kind of sat back a little and let Bibi-Ann get on with it. As a result of using her team we got such a good exchange rate that we actually made enough extra money to buy a new car!! Truly the word ‘exceptional’ does not do your company enough credit in this case.

We could not be more pleased with our experience. Annette immediately responded to our inquiries, even though I'm sure the price points were on the extreme low side for Sarasota. She listened to what we were searching for, and worked extraordinarily hard to find properties that fit our criteria and where we would feel secure placing our daughter. She made sure our closing was completed on time and without complications - not an easy feat since we were in Illinois and the sellers were located in Norway. We came to the Sarasota/Bradenton area looking for a getaway that my son could also live in while he attended medical school. After contacting several realtors, I found Susan to be by far the most responsive and professional. We spent three days out looking and found the perfect home. It was close to my sons school and has plenty of activities for everyone. We went with her team for closing and everything went off without a hitch, which was important to us because we came from out of the area. We just finished furnishing the home, we love it, the area is beautiful, Susan is great, dont think twice about using Susan to help you find a home here.

My wife and I recently sold our home in Sarasota having listed it with Mike Bruno. We did so because years ago he was business partners with Gloria Weed, and together they helped us find our home 17 years ago. Since then, Mike has kept in touch with us by annually sending us a magnetized refrigerator calendar. It made sense to us that if he was tenacious enough to continue his contact with us for that long, that he'd handle the listing and sale of our home in the same fashion. And we were right! We cannot speak highly enough of Mike's professionalism. He explained everything to us thoroughly- in advance. He kept in continual touch with us throughout the process even when there was nothing to report. The house sold in less than three weeks for a price that we had hoped to get. We found him knowledgeable, thorough, tenacious and pleasant to work with. He's the type of man I'd like to have as a friend.

I would like to say we were as a family very pleased with your service. Jody Shinn sold the property to us about seven years ago and I chose her to sell it again because of her professionalism. She was very easy to deal with and always on call if we needed her. I would certainly recommend her and your company!

Your company policy is exceptional. The call center could not reach me so another agent made contact so the house could show. You advertise all the time, you show on Zillow or MyFloridaHomes.com when an open house is coming up, etc. These are things that other companies are not doing. I just thought I would tell you that your company does a super job.

I met Marybeth Tvaroch one day last year when looking for condos. I liked her personality and kept her card. When I decided to list my home, I listed with your company and Marybeth is my Realtor. It is nice how she always gives you immediate feedback from showings. Also, your company policy is exceptional. Your company does a super job and Marybeth reflects how you run your company.
