Dan was recommended to us by neighbors in Ohio and he assisted us in a search for our retirement home. He helped us learn about Sarasota and the benefits of the area which ultimately led to us deciding to relocate there. He was very patient as our many visits were months apart and we continued to compare Sarasota to other retirement destinations. Once we decided upon Sarasota, he helped us compare and narrow our choices within that market. Since the purchase, Dan has been a very good source for recommendations for service providers in the area.

There is one thing you should know before starting your own real life version of "House Hunters", and that is: If you haven't spent time with Valarie Wadsworth - you're not spending time with the right Realtor. From day 1 Valarie was dedicated, thoughtful, and focused on finding us the right house. She understood when to share her thoughts on a property, and when to just let you guide your own way through a home. And although she is a realtor by day, you can tell that it means more to her than that. She builds relationships, develops an understanding for who you are, and then delivers quality opportunities and options to consider. We spent 6 months with Valarie while looking for our first home, and she never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. I have nothing but praise for our agent Rudy Dudon, from the get-go he went the extra mile. He was aware of the prime selling time and encouraged me to make the effort to ready the place for viewing. He made follow-up emails and calls to other agents who had shown our place. Most importantly, from our earliest conversations, he wanted to know our time frame and our needs. He made suggestions, but always worked with us. All of this teamwork paid off in our receiving an excellent offer, which culminated in our closing.

Superb service, kind and gentle guidance, extraordinarily warm demeanor only begin to describe what Rise offered us during our time of searching, finding, and closing on our new home in Florida. What would have typically been a stressful transaction was made seem almost effortless because of Rise's care and attention. Helping us along every step of the way (even after the closing to be sure our arrival would be welcoming). Our first step into our new home was met with all of the little things (and big things...like clean sheets), which we would need for our first few days as we had had a full days travel from Maine just to get "home". We'd like to think that she just "liked" us, explaining why we experienced such lovely attention from her, but we really just believe that she is "the best of the best" and provides this special attention to all of her customers, clients, and endeavors. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found a truly exceptional Realtor by the name of Jane Rees. We first met Jane when we were simply "testing the waters" of Siesta Key, not yet in the market to make an immediate purchase. Jane gave us the same careful attention as if we had identified ourselves as imminent buyers. As a result we ended up revising our plans and purchasing the perfect condominium on Siesta Key.
