Working with Mary Sauve is the second best thing to happen to us here in Florida, the first best was getting the keys to our beautiful new condo! Mary has been the consummate professional, whether it was needing an extension on our closing, to getting insurance, it was “no problem”. She even offered to get us some groceries for our arrival - so nice! Mary is the perfect balance, always there when we needed her but totally gave us all the space that we needed to make the right choice.

The best testimonial one can give a realtor is how well he/she performed in finding and finalizing a purchase on behalf of buyers who were not physically present. Based on an exploratory visit to LBK Tom set to work,understanding well our needs. He found a prospective condo, one not yet on the market at that time, undertook all the research we asked for, and communicated in a very timely manner -- all while we were in another state. Tom's hallmarks are friendliness, due diligence, deep knowledge of the local market, and timeliness. We would have no reservations in recommending him to others.

Rise' Wells is a wonderful real estate agent. She went waayyyy out of her way to help me find just the perfect properties. Rise' was always available whenever I called, and she kept me informed with all the needs of closing a property, things I just didn't know. I respect Rise' and her work ethic, she is my friend.

Tom was our most favorite realtor ever. He did a great job of listening to what we wanted and showed us houses that were right on. He guided us through the whole purchase process in a very caring, expeditious manner which was important since we were only in FL for a week during that purchase. After the sale, and after we moved to FL, Tom continued to be a great timely resource to help us ease into our new home and new state.

Working with Elizabeth recently proved to be a successful one for me. With not much notice, she put together viewings for a number of properties. She was a true professional and offered many insights about the homes we viewed. Elizabeth was informative about the area of the house I was interested, and able to answer my questions regarding taxes and such.
