We want to say a huge thank you to Lorraine for all the work she put into the selling of our home in Hammock Preserve. Took a long time but we are in uncommon times and that together with highway noise worked against us. At the end of the day we would absolutely hire Lorraine again if we ever needed too. I got Adam Cuffaro's name when I Google searched- Best Realtor In Bradenton, and I see why his name showed up! Adam not only showed us homes, he helped us understand the area, gave us names of utilities and services and really helped us get to know the Bradenton area better. As we were moving to FL from half a country away, it was nice to be able to always get a quick response to every call, text or email that I sent Adam. Adam also kept us posted on every step that was being done with the inspections and closing. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking a purchasing a home in the Bradenton area!

I wanted to drop a line to you to express our immense gratitude for the professional service we received from Laura Navratil and Tim Carnes. They went well above our expectations in helping us sell our property. Even though we lived outside of the United States we honestly felt they cared about us and this was not just a business transaction. They happily handled ever aspect of the sale including dealing with a number of service companies such as air conditioning. Any issue that came up they were there front and centre to help us. I cannot say enough good things about working with Hannah and George. She is truly an exceptional human being. She listened to what we wanted and took us to several houses that met our expectations. Her service didn't stop after our contract was accepted, Hannah arranged our inspection and assisted through the closing processing. We have known Karen since 2004 when we first started looking at properties in Sanibel. She must have shown us forty homes over the course of three years. Well it took another twenty one years for the stars to align and we couldn’t have imagined using any other broker than Karen. She and John took care of so many issues and concerns during the two week buying period that we both came to the conclusion that this was the most streamlined and stress free closing we’ve had in our house buying history. They really are fantastic people and the epitome of professionalism. We cannot say enough about how impressed we were with their teamwork. A big thank you to both of them.

I began working with Rudy Dudon in 2024. He was responsive to our request for a meeting when we were in town for a short period of time and showed us multiple properties in Siesta Key. He also knew of an upcoming 1031 exchange that had not hit the market at Surf and Racquet. We were ready to purchase in July of 2024, but the seller’s new property was not ready so the 1031 delayed until November. Two hurricanes in October of that year had us nervous so we let that property go. Fast forward to this spring when we rented at Surf and Racquet for a month, we reconnected with Rudy and Sophia Dudon, who paired up to show us properties in Lido and Siesta. They were knowledgeable about the properties and showed us a variety of properties over several days. Sophia took over showings where we settled on our new property after three visits to it. Sophia made the closing process easy, especially with your partners at Berlin Patten Ebling. Their portal worked great and allowed me to have everything set for a smooth closing. Rudy and Sophia helped us navigate and negotiate some closing items to our satisfaction, and we closed without ever having to appear anywhere to sign documents. They did a great job representing your company and I will use them and your company again in the future for my real estate needs.
