It's been a pleasure working with Kim on this home sale. We required a lot of hand holding and assistance to get the property ready and Kim was hugely helpful in coordinating everything. Leah was great to work with! Very professional and sold our condo quick! She provided weekly status reports that included online views and showings. Max Mann from Michael Saunders was an absolute pleasure to work with on the recent sale of our property in Siesta Key. Since we were doing this from outside the country we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of support. Max was patient, thorough and just really new his stuff. He provided one stop shopping helping us find accountants and legal support to help us with tax questions and the closing. He was careful not to over-commit….but then went and over-delivered.
