As an out of state executor I had the job of trying to sell an outdated home in a buyers' market. While we were working overseas we knew when we came back to the US we would be looking for a home in FL. After doing some 'surfing' of the various FL real estate web sites we soon realized that the Michael Saunders site was the most informative and user friendly. Our journey started by meeting B J Rattigan to search for a place that met what we were looking to buy. I do not have a lot of experience in this, but would thing that many realtors might think we really were not interested and not take us serious. Not BJ. Within 3 months, he was able to find the perfect place for us. In addition to the great support we got from B J, we also got great support from the overall team.

John Smith was fantastic in his efforts and desire to quickly confront all issues directly, calmly, and most importantly honestly. Having John there locally and keeping an eye on the place was more than a relief, it was actually comforting. His confidence never faded, even in the face of several buyers opting out for one reason or another. Please be advised that Michael Saunders did a great job in selling my mother’s home. Bambi Utton was our sales associate, and she worked really hard, and did an excellent job.
