Doug Parks is the best realtor we have ever worked with; and we've worked with many throughout the years! He was extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our (many) requests. His preparation work for our visit was invaluable, as we did not have a lot of time that weekend. After we found the home of our dreams, he really went to work negotiating a great deal for us. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hello- I just want to say that working with Valerie & finally purchasing a home in Sarasota downtown was absolutely wonderful. Above all what I admired about her was her honesty and her true interest in my concerns and expectations. My purchase is very small when you look at the big picture, but she was very attentive even so. Valerie made all the difference in the world as far as me moving ahead to purchase the property.

I first met Terri Thacker when I was buying a home. Terri never tried to place me in a more expensive home; she was sensitive to family’s needs and requirements. She was persistent, in a non-threatening manner, which made shopping for a home stress free and fun. More recently, Terri assisted me in selling a property that was in my mother’s estate. We walked inside the Michael Saunders Office and were greeted by the most courteous and professional person we had met so far, and his name is Dan Freed. We explained to Dan the urgency of our situation and the problems we just experienced with the other Realtor. He told us “not to worry” that he would help us find our new home. I can’t say enough good things about Dan Freed; he is friendly, courteous, and professional all at the same time.
