Joanne Pattona knew of our previous year of searching, 7 trips being very costly each time, being misguided, uninformed and basically discouraged totally until we met Joanne. Maria Christenson is very professional and very thorough in reviewing properties and suggesting houses that we would like. She listened to what our needs and desires were and then visited the houses before taking us to see them.
