Sylvia Zimmerman, was extraordinary in her knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. The service fell short in no respect and it was exceptional in every respect. Our short sale transaction, as we are well aware, is not the typical, nor a simple, transaction. She discussed strategy with us until we reached a consensus on our approach and negotiated skillfully. We owned a condo in the Renaissance in Sarasota and listed the property with Maureen Doherty and I don’t think anyone else would have worked harder to sell the condo. She overcame obstacles thrown at her in every direction and she never gave up. She gave us excellent service and represented Michael Saunders & Company well.
