Stephen Strong has been absolutely great to work with in our venture to relocate from Colorado to Florida. We had an excellent and successful experience listing our property with Leigh Simons with Michael Saunders & Company. The property was on the market for over three years with another agency and last summer we changed to Leigh. Prior to this, we did not receive one offer. Leigh did such an excellent job of marketing it that we had two offers within 5 months and sold it for 96% of our asking price.

Leigh was amazingly helpful and professional as we searched for our new home in Lakewood Ranch. Over several months she listened to our needs and showed us a number of homes. When we found the right one for us, she negotiated with the selling agent and got us an excellent price. Leigh was the best, and we couldn't be happier!

We have purchased a few homes over the years but have never dealt with a more professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable real estate agent than Antaeus. We would like to thank you for your help in making our recent house purchase such a pleasurable one. We found you to be very thorough & prompt in your correspondence between us & the seller which made the transaction go smoothly. Being new to the area, it would have been much more difficult to access services such as a lawyer, insurance, security, utilities, etc., without your direction. We still can't believe the whole sale took only two weeks.
