I have to express our appreciation for all the extra little—and big—things Antaeus Balevre did to make the deal complete. He handled some awkward situations for us while we were in Minnesota prior to the closing. His positive approach to these dilemmas calmed our nerves, and he was excellent about keeping us updated, both through email and phone calls. With his help, we were also able to move up the closing which was a time and money saver for us.
