Dan Freed is the best real estate agent I have come to know in the Venice/Sarasota Florida area. I personally have been involved in the home building industry for over 50 years, and Dan knows his business and sold our home in a matter of days in a poor market. He also helped us purchase a condo shortly after the sale of our home. Dan paid great attention to the details of both our sale and the purchase we made.

My experience with Dan is that he is more like a strategic partner than a Realtor. He knows Sarasota real estate, is extremely detail-oriented and articulate, and most importantly, seems very genuine in making sure that each deal I do is the right transaction for me.
