Dan Freed was tireless in helping me find the home that fit my needs and personality perfectly. I was able to reach him 7 days a week and never waited long for a reply to my questions. Dan was even helpful during parts of the process that were not his responsibility such as securing the loan. I would definitely recommend him to friends or family.

Everything about him made us realize he was the 'right' person to find us the 'right house', and we have not been disappointed. Dan is nothing short of amazing. He has been tireless in his search to find us the 'right' area and then the 'right' home; quick in his response to our calls or questions; answered our many queries directly, yet was gracious in his demeanor; and was quite knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Sarasota area and willing to share that knowledge readily.

Susan was extremely professional, very helpful in making simple suggestions for the property to show well, and above of all the most pleasant of persons, truly a delightful person with whom to work. As a result of her efforts, our property was under contract within three days of the Open House – something totally unexpected on our part considering the slow market in Florida at this time.
