I have bought and sold 4 homes on Longboat Key during the past 15 years. Without a doubt my experience with Kathy Callahan was the most professional as well as "personal". She and her husband Todd were there every step of the way from a detailed analysis of the market for setting our asking price , to staging of the property to helping make sure our home was "buyer ready" even during the time we needed to be away. Outstanding agent.Worked with Jomara on the sale of our daughter and son in law's home in Sarasota and we could not have found a better agent.
