We retained Marcy Davis to sell a manufactured home in a 55+ private Englewood community. She was always extremely professional and helpful, giving of her time and ideas in many ways. Marcy's sense of style helped us prepare our home, not only for the showings, but also for the photos and virtual drone tour created by her expert photographer, which showed our home in its best light! Our community has a boardwalk through the mangroves to the intercoastal, which is only open to our residents and renters. We obtained approval for Marcy Davis to show other agents and their clients our walkway and pier. Her "above and beyond" efforts to show this unique property attribute helped close the sale. My husband and I found it a wonderful experience to work with Emily Evans for our home purchase. Emily was always responsive, prompt, and professional in all of her interactions with us. To me, honest ongoing communication is the key to a good relationship, and Irene Slattery came through for me in that regard every step of the way. She is competent and professional in every sense of the word, making excellent suggestions for showing off my house to best advantage without the need for pricy staging. After Hurricane Ian wreaked its havoc on Englewood, many homes went on the market. However, Irene had several showings within the first week, and the sale was completed in record time, thanks to her diligence and help with the extensive paperwork required to complete the process. I am a widow and have health issues necessitating a move after living in my home for 30 years. Irene is a warm caring person, who has now become a good friend.
