We had had my mother’s house on the market for quite a while with no success, and very few showings. We switched over to Ron Paul, after the contract with the first realtor was completed. The pictures, the staging and the professionalism of Mr. Paul was well above anything we had experienced with the other realtors. My mother was elderly had lost my father and was distraught on the house, not selling. She had move to North Carolina to a condo that I had got her and the thought of having to carry that house was giving her great deal of anxiety. Not only did Ron Paul find a buyer within the first showing , he also was able to get the house closed in less than a month. I used to run customer service for a major retailer, and I have never experienced this level of Customer Service in this profession before.

Jay is a very savvy real estate agent. I say that in the kindest way. He listens to what you want and finds the best properties to meet your needs and expectations. Jay is very hands on. You can contact him at any time about anything and he will get back to you. He represented us as buyers but I know he will work just as hard if he is handling a listing for you. Jay is fun so nothing ever gets too tense. He will work tirelessly for you. He understands people and is a great asset to have in your corner. I would highly recommend Jay to be on your team when you are looking to buy just the right property or when it it time to sell your property.

Rudy Dudon did an excellent job as our Realtor Agent, locating properties, and getting us as Buyers to closing, on a Condo at the House of the Sun in Siesta Key. I would strongly recommend Rudy to represent Buyers or Sellers in their Real Estate Transactions. He is very qualified and knowledgeable to help his clients in making the right decision to purchase or sell their property.

Chris is an amazing agent! Friendly, professional, responsive and had our best interests in mind when looking for a home ! I found her randomly ( no referrals) and she kept communicating with us for the first 12 months while we began our home search across the country. She responded to our questions and was not "pushy" with unwanted information or sales pitches like other agents we had come in contact with. Being in Oregon, we had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home in Florida. She educated us on everything from insurance, pests, issues with mold/humidity, inspections, and the home buying process. If there was something she could not advise us on , she had referrals and suggestions on who to contact. She took our wish list in a home , our priorities and our price range and presented us with great options in the Lakewood Ranch area ( she knows it very well) Chris would mention red flags in certain properties that she noticed that we had no idea about. She made the home shopping process fun and educational ! She was prompt, informative and always found great options for us. We ended up flying in from Oregon to Florida with the intention of looking, expecting to rent. We shopped with Chris for approximately 5 days and found our new home! Through the tedious paperwork process to the final close- Chris was there every step of the way. She responds quickly to texts, phone calls and gets everything done in a timely manner. She managed the inspections and oversaw details we couldn't when we were out of state. We couldn't imagine a better experience! Chris has become a great friend and agent. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a home in the Lakewood Ranch area, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area or Florida in general !A plus rating from us!

Yamila was excellent. She was highly knowlegeable, intelligent, professional, will certainly go out of her way to help you answer all your questions and negotiate hard for you for the sale of your house. We used her for two properties, the sale of our home, and buying our current home. We're very happy, thrilled that she's a frind of the family. Hope to see her soon. We were referred to Alison from one of our neighbors and our experience selling our house could not have been any better. Alison is super responsive, very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the process. We had moved out of the state and were able to do everything seamlessly. Alison took care of any on-site needs and helped us establish a sales price that ended up being exactly where it needed to be. The photography and marketing piece that she put together showcased all of the best qualities of the property and definitely helped increase its value. Alison was always available by cell phone and even accessible when she had an overseas trip scheduled. She had a colleague available to assist, but amazingly we heard directly from her despite timezone differences. We can’t say enough good things and would use her again in a heartbeat. If you need a great real estate agent, we highly recommend Alison - you won’t be disappointed.

I am impressed by how knowledgeable Susie is. Having spent decades in Sarasota County, she understands the advantages provided by each of the different neighborhoods. Having raised children here, she has first-hand knowledge of the schools, sports, and activities that families seek. Furthermore, having family in town, she is well aware of local amenities for seniors. She has accumulated a vast array of contacts across numerous local professional networks. Susan and Sally were INCREDIBLE to work with. As first-time home buyers we had many questions and they went above and beyond to assist us,from the house search itself to eventually walking us through the offer process, inspections, and evenmaking connections for some initial home projects we wanted to pursue. Moreover, they always made themselves available for tours and to answer any of the multitude of questionsthat we had when navigating a new home purchase. Would HIGHLY recommend!
