My mom needed to sell her home in Englewood due to health. I reached out to an old high school friend Joanne Hammar from Michael Saunders& Company. I knew both my mom and I would be in great hands with Joanne. It was only a few minutes after I reached out to her that she got the wheels in motion. Joanne reached out to Lee Anna Sciutto and they both provided us with professionalism, kindness, sympathy and most of all comfort knowing how difficult it was for my mother having to move home closer to her family after retiring to Florida. Joanne and Lee Anna took care to stage the home and provide the necessary paperwork to put it up for sale. Their combined efforts got the home sold quickly providing a much need sigh of relief for my mother. Yami is a cut above the rest, I worked with Yami on 2 purchases, she was very personable, knowledgeable, patient, kind, hardworking and did everything she could to get exactly what I needed for my family. Linda and her team did a masterful job in making the selling of our long time family waterfront home in Longbeach on Longboat Key as trouble free as one could get. Amazingly this all transpired without our even meeting once with Linda! The communication was always prompt and accurate and provided a complete picture of what was occurring. What can I say about this amazing woman and realtor? A couple years ago we wanted the adventure of running an Airbnb. Robin took the time to show us multiple homes within a year. She was extremely patient when we thought we found the right one then decided it wasn’t perfect. Finally, we found a perfect house in Bradenton that was very successful! As life takes its turns, we decided it was time to let it go so we could focus our efforts on our beautiful son! Robin once again stepped up to the plate to help us sell. Her tenacity, knowledge and talented feng shui skills are unprecedented. It didn’t take long! Our home was on the market for only 13 days and sold for full asking. During the process of selling our house we had the pleasure of working with Jamie Dickerson n hergroup,. Jamie was quick and efficient putting our house on sale in a couple of days and selling it. Jamie was helpful and has a keen eye providing materials and spotting areas that needed to be fixed up in the house. She worked very diligently in making sure that the house was ready for the market and very knowledgeable of the current condition and trend.
