My wife and I were given BJ’s name by another realtor from another Florida territory. We reached out to him and he responded quickly. We were shopping from 1500 miles away and we were very nervous about our purchase. He was extremely helpful and put us at ease. He was so knowledgeable of the area and he never pushed for a sale. Bj taught us about Florida, the area,the plants and even the wildlife. He answered every idiotic question we may have had. My family and I were faced with the problem of selling a home in Florida for a deceased relative. Not living in Florida, we had no idea of which realtor to contact to begin the process. Fortunately we were given the name of Diane Fogo Harter by some close friends so we made contact with her. We are certainly glad we did. Working with her was a pleasure. She was very personable and yet very professional. She has the knowledge and the contacts necessary to get the job done quickly. We would definitely recommend Diane for any of your real estate need.

Hans and Rebecca were great! I was at my home in England unable to get back to the US for health reasons. I sold the condo furnished but stuff still had to be removed like clothes to charity, some items to the croquet club, the router back to Comcast, etc. They took care of all that. The paperwork was all done on line via Dotloop. They put me in contact with a CPA to help deal with the IRS. I had friends staying pending completion of their new house, they had to extend their stay courtesy of Ian, Hans and Rebecca took it all in their stride. It was all smooth and painless. Outstanding!

Marcy is a very professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic individual and realtor. We have had extremely positive interactions with Marcy both as a buyer of property and a seller of property in Charlotte County. Marcy’s knowledge of both the real estate market and community made her an easy choice to represent us recently in selling our home.
