Eileen was referred to us by our neighbor. We had an unusual real estate request, as we were interested in a certain property that was not for sale (yet). She researched and followed through until she connected with the owner, who lived outside the U.S. Eileen was professional, persistent, and very responsive in a challenging situation. She is also a very kind and caring soul. I would highly recommend Eileen for any type of real estate transaction and would definitely use her again as our realtor.

Working with Heather has been amazing. I've been working with for over a year, and she's someone that will make sure you purchase the right house. When we first started working together, Heather took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me strategize the best way of getting my portfolio started. As I was working with a limited budget, inflated house prices, and a great deal of competition within the Sarasota/Siesta Key region, she took the time to bring me to over 20 showings. During my search for a home, she was persistent in finding me the right deal, and a turnkey home in the right location. She's very sweet, but never sugar coated anything for me, and always spoke her mind. With Heather's help, I was able to purchase a turnkey duplex, in a residential area that's growing in demand. I currently have a tennant covering my mortgage for the duplex, and I'm working on purchasing my next home. I highly recommend working with Heather!

Absolutely the best . She and Tanner made this so easy. It’s tough to deal with contractors when you’re not there i was lucky to have a friend from Green Bay to help with inside work. Jenkins did roofing . It’s suppizing how the price goes out of site like a simple slider door. I would be embarrassed to give the quote like that but you live and learn . Carol thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
