We lost our home to Hurricane Ian six months ago and it has been a journey ever since. We are PA born and raised but Englewood is our second home. It's a lifestyle like no other-beautiful area and wonderful people! We worked and planned for retirement and in one day everything changed. One of my many calls on our trip down to see our damage was to Anna(our Michael Saunders Realtor). Anna was always a great source of information and a local that we trusted. Anna told us she was retiring but referred us to Mary Helen. How blessed we were to have Mary Helen come into our lives at that time! She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and spent quality time listening to our needs and concerns. She kept us focused on positive issues instead of all the negative ones from Ian and its aftermath. Mary Helen sold our Lemon Bay property shortly after it was listed and found our new beautiful home during the same timeframe. She has an amazing work ethic. Mary Helen recently helped us sell our condominium. She was a complete joy to work with. From the first interview we had, all the way through closing, we found her to be excellent. Heather is very knowledgeable about the area and is great with her pricing strategies! She estimated the rent I'd be able to get for my condo and was right on the money. She was very helpful along the way. I will be recommending her in the future.

Irene is an outstanding realtor . After buying or selling 20-25 properties she is the best we have worked with to date . She has a high degree of integrity . She is honest and extremely responsive to any question you have . We are new to Florida so don’t know her other than our recent transaction but we have worked a a lot of realtors over the years . She is the best . Not just for the buyer but the seller too ! We will use her and Michael Saunders for and future real estate transaction we have in Florida . Buying my home in Sarasota and selling my condo in Naples all in the same week, proved to be very stressful and at times confusing, but working with Christine was great. She made it seem much easier than what it was. She is very articulate, thorough, easy to reach multiple times a day when needed. If she didn't know the answer to something she took the time to find out and get back to me. My move happened all very quickly, from start to finish, and Christine went as far as to helping me get moved in, setting things up, offering to do more than expected of a realtor, more as a friend. She made me feel very welcome to the new community and called numerous times to see if I needed anything. She is an asset to Michael Saunders and company and they are lucky to have her. I would use her again in a heart beat.

In my many years of experience with buying and selling properties I have had poor and very good performances from real estate agents . I was fortunate to have an excellent agent experience with my last property sale which was both financially successful and handled very professionally. But after arriving here in Floida and trying to navigate a very different real estate market I was becoming rather overwhelmed. Then I met Christine at a house showing and without trying to sound cliched, it was like the cavalry to the rescue. She was helpful beyond description and sensitive to my needs and situation. Amazingly knowledgeable and energetic. The result was my acquiring the property that was exactly what I was looking for. She made navigating the bewildering closing process both manageable and at times a breeze. She was like the entire office all rolled into one. And to top it off she is a delightful person who makes an amazing scalloped potato dish just like moms. ( sorry mom!!!!) I highly recommend her to anyone looking to successfully accomplish any real estate goals here in Florida. She is a definte A++++!
