This was my second transaction with Helen, as she was my agent when I purchased my house on Venice island fifteen years ago. She was the ultimate professional, and had patience with me while I grappled with my decision to sell my beloved beach house. Kathy is the best real estate agent for luxury properties in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. She was professional from start to finish. The process started with detailed explanation of all paperwork. Then she had a photographer, videographer and drone operator take amazing photos of my property. She knew everything about my community (The Isles by Toll Brothers). She had flyers and maps and other information for each showing. My place looked like a model home. We had dozens of Zillow saves and showings started the next day. The offers followed quickly and we accepted. Kathy kept working. She was there for every inspection. She recommended contractors for a few minor repairs. Every aspect was smooth sailing.
