Diane is an amazing real estate agent for luxury properties in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. She was professional from start to finish. The process started with detailed explanation of all paperwork. Her company had a photographer, videographer and drone operator take amazing photos of my property. They had flyers and maps and other information for each showing. My place looked like a model home. We had dozens of Zillow saves and showings started the next day. The offers followed quickly and we accepted. Diane continued working. She recommended contractors for a few minor repairs. The closing process was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Diane if you want someone to market your home like a pro.

We met Dale on January 24 and looked at properties right that day and continued to look at 20 more properties until February 8. Dale was friendly and super helpful! On February 6 we submitted an offer on Gale St that was not accepted but then on February 7 we made an offer on Keyway Rd that was accepted. Talk about fast, efficient and professional! We closed by March 6. Dale has a calm personality that makes the process go smoothly. We are super happy with him. However, we think that the search engine could be improved because we were interested in low HOA homes and the emails included 80% homes with a high HOA and we wanted homes on the East side of the area but the search was more widespread. With a combination of our searching and his insight of the area Dale was determined to help us any way possible. He was really awesome! Hats off to him and we would always like to work with Dale and his team.

Elizabeth was the listing agent on my home. She has a breath of experience in the real estate market. She is a visionary, with the help of a staging expert that she brought in, my waterfront home was transformed and under contract in 3 weeks. She gave me great advice through out the whole process and was always there to help in a calm, professional manner. She is a gem!

We had an outstanding experience with Francoise assisting us in our purchase of our Sarasota Home. We place Francoise as 'second to none' should you be considering an agent to represent you. We are not local. Francoise acted on our behalf acting like family, locating, vetting and then submitting properties for our consideration. Her honesty, and protection of our interests was so refreshing from other agents we have used in our past. Neat to say, but we found a Realtor we trust..Francoise had no hesitation with dissuading us from properties that she felt did not address our desires. She attended to all inspections, legalities and treated this process as she was purchasing the house herself. We cannot share enough 'Goodness' of her professionalism and dedication to our happiness.
