“Strongly recommend!” A neighbor suggested we ask Cheryl to represent us in the sale of our Bradenton condo, and we were absolutely thrilled with the level of service and attention we received. Cheryl offered informed and thoughtful advice on the state of the market and competently steered us through the entire sale process—from staging to contract. Throughout she was reliable, responsive, confidence-inspiring, empathetic and unfailingly pleasant. We will forever be grateful for the help Cheryl provided in readying our home for sale. One episode in particular stood out for us. As we were preparing to list, we discovered an issue that required repair. Cheryl immediately sprung into action: she provided us with names of contractors who could help, she ensured they were able to enter the condo; and she kept us apprised of the progress. Working with Irene has truly been an outstanding experience. She has helped me through every step of my difficult journey in purchasing my new home. I expected to close on my new home in October 2022. However, it was impossible to purchase a homeowner's insurance policy in the state of Florida following Hurricane Ian's landing on Sept. 28, 2023, as insurance companies would not enter into any new agreements. To compound the issue, there was an open claim against the property's current homeowner's insurance policy for a pool cage collapse caused by that hurricane; further disqualifying me from obtaining an insurance binder. Therefore, I couldn't secure a mortgage loan in spite of my excellent credit rating. There were other delays as well. The roof damage repair, upgrade of outdated plumbing, and pool cage reconstruction required permits, and then inspections to close those permits and the open insurance claim, before the county would allow the sale of the property. This seemed to drag on forever. It was a nightmare, but Irene was a wonderful support. She put me in touch with all the resources I needed and worked with all parties to extend the purchase agreement closing date several times until I was finally able to obtain an insurance binder, secure the funds from another source, and close all permits in order to purchase the property. Irene is a very conscientious and talented professional with strong ethics, and she is a genuinely thoughtful and caring person. We've just returned home following a whirlwind tour of new and existing homes on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We utilized Robin Leonardi as our realtor. We cannot say enough about Robin.
