One of these homes was mine! Irene did a great job in helping Gene, herself and my family get it fixed up and ready to go. She was right on the her recommendation and it sold on the first day! She is an amazing sister in law as well as businesswoman/realtor. She organized the closing, kept me organized and even talked me through another purchase. We have used Stacy through two moves now; two purchases and one sale. I would not use anyone else! She is fantastic. She is assertive in presenting our offers or counter-offers, gets the best price and offers the best advice for staging your home if you are selling or for figuring finances or best value for a home if you are buying. She is patient and will show you as many homes as you require and coaches you on what to look for once she knows what you really want. We really enjoy her personally as well. 20 some years ago when my husband and I retired and moved to Florida, Leah was the listing agent for the house in Glenn Lakes that we purchased and enjoyed as our home for many years. When my husband passed and the time came for me to sell and move closer to my kids, there was no one else I thought of to sell my home other than Leah. She has been a wonderful neighbor in Glenn Lakes and knows the area like no one else. She's trustworthy, down-to-earth and no nonsense. Our experience with Janis and Ron Collier was excellent. The process was absolutely seamless and we love our new home at Star Farms in Lakewood Ranch, FL! The Collier's were available to answer our questions and move the process along via text, email and phone on a moments notice. We moved from upstate NY in exactly 7 weeks, start to finish.
